Connecting rod copper bush
Generally, bush is a little softer than connecting rod, such as copper, which can avoid iron grinding and improve the service life of machinery. Even if the bush is worn out, it can be replaced, with low cost, good economy and wear resistance of ductile iron. High strength copper alloys provide high load carrying capacity while solid lubricants can form lower friction pairs. Under dry friction conditions, we design a pre-lubricating film on the bearing surface to ensure that the solid lubricant can be transferred to the pair in the shortest time and an effective solid lubricating film can be formed.
